Once hired, freelancers can log into their accou nt in our online system and familiarize themselves with our requirements and conventions.The freelancer is introduced to the Manager of the CoE most appropriate to his/her expertise, and work may start almost immediately in some cases or after a week or so in CoEs with a large number of new hires.
